About Us

Pelican Cove is a prestigious canal-subdivision

located in Aransas Pass, Texas, 20 miles north

of Corpus Christi and 5 miles west

of the Port Aransas ferry.

Pelican Cove has homes for sale from

$400,000 to $1M+ and lots for sale

from $125,000.

Pelican  Cove is unique because it has a

sea wall gate that closes off the canals

for added protection during a hurricane.

The Board usually meets on the 1st or 2nd Saturday of every other month.  The Annual General Meeting will be held in February.
