of Corpus Christi and 5 miles west 

of the Port Aransas ferry.

Governing Documents

Kindly review the documents which govern our properties and association. 

 All owners are required to maintain their property in the conditions stipulated in the C&Rs
or in subsequent guidelines issued by the Architectural Control  Committee (ACC).


All property owners desiring to construct or significantly alter structures and/or landscaping

are required to obtain approval from the ACC prior to making changes.
